(a) A municipality that is the recipient of community development block grant funds shall make a report concerning the expenditure of such funds. The municipality shall place a copy of such report in the main branch of the public library located within the boundaries of the municipality. A municipality that permits access to public information through the Internet may also place such report on the municipality's homepage.(b) A municipality or an industrial development corporation formed by such municipality that is a party to an agreement that involves a payment in lieu of property taxes shall make a report concerning such agreement and the expenditure of such funds. The municipality shall place a copy of such report in the main branch of the public library located within the boundaries of the municipality. A municipality that permits access to public information through the Internet may also place such report on the municipality's homepage. Acts 1997, ch. 447, § 1.
