Section 6-54-126 - Zoning limitations on agricultural land

For any land that is used for agricultural purposes as of May 10, 1998, a municipality may not use its zoning power to interfere in any way with the use of such land for agricultural purposes as long as the land is used for agricultural purposes.Acts 1998, ch. 1101, § 22; 1999, ch. 235, § 1.
