Section 6-55-409 - Rules and regulations

The commissioner is further empowered to make such rules and regulations for the conduct and advertisement of such sale or special sale as in the commissioner's opinion will serve to prevent deception and to protect the public.Acts 1953, ch. 201, § 3 (Williams, § 3496.3); T.C.A.
