It is unlawful for any person to:(1) Violate any of this part or any rule or order of the supervisor or board;(2) Make false entry or statement in any required report or record;(3) Omit or cause to be omitted from any required report or record full, true and correct entries as required by this part;(4) Fail in providing, within a reasonable time, a copy of any report or record requested by the supervisor; and(5) Cause surface or subsurface pollution in the drilling, operation, or plugging of mineral test holes subject to this part.Acts 1982, ch. 654, § 4.
