Section 62-18-110 - Reciprocity

Any applicant may, in the absence of disqualifying evidence, be deemed by the board to be fully qualified to practice land surveying if the applicant holds a like unexpired certificate of registration issued to the applicant after examination by proper authority in the District of Columbia or in any state or territory in the United States in which the examination and requirements for the registration of land surveyors are of a standard satisfactory to the board.Acts 1969, ch. 207, § 10; T.C.A., § 62-1810.
