(a) The board shall establish a schedule of fees for the following categories: (1) Examination fee;(2) Licensing fee; and(3) Renewal fee.(b) The board shall, in compliance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, promulgate necessary rules and regulations to establish the schedule of fees authorized by this section.Acts 1985, ch. 147, § 5; 1989, ch. 523, § 157.
