The commissioner shall promulgate a code of professional ethics that shall be made known in writing to every licensee and applicant for licensure under this part. The department may revise and amend this code of professional ethics from time to time and shall forthwith notify each licensee in writing of such revision or amendments. Acts 2010, ch. 1032, § 16.
