The commission is declared to be a quasi-judicial body and the members or the employees of the commission are granted immunity from civil liability when acting in good faith and in the performance of their duties as described in this chapter.Acts 1967, ch. 335, § 14; 1980, ch. 451, § 7; T.C.A., § 62-1914.
