(a) All persons chartered under this chapter shall be required to list with the department the names, residences and addresses of all employees, exclusive of clerical employees, who are engaged in the handling, transportation or application of pesticide chemicals.(b) Immediate notification of any changes in employment of these employees shall be forwarded to the department by the chartered person, including any change of address or residence.Acts 1978, ch. 844, § 10; T.C.A., § 62-2110.
