Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, persons licensed in the category of wood destroying organisms shall not be required to file a monthly report to the department. A monthly report shall not be required to be filed whether any application of chemicals was made or not.Acts 1991, ch. 441, § 6.
