Section 62-21-131 - Surety bond for new charter in category 7

A person, company or corporation applying for a new charter in category 7 shall furnish a surety bond in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the first three (3) years a person, company or corporation is in business. In the fourth year and subsequent years in business, the surety bond shall be ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per year. This section shall not apply to a person, company or corporation that, on July 1, 2005, has a current commercial pest control operator business charter as required by § 62-21-103.Acts 2005, ch. 427, § 1.
