The commissioner may negotiate and enter into reciprocal agreements with appropriate officials in other states to permit licensed investigations companies and private investigators who meet or exceed the qualifications established in this part to operate across state lines under mutually acceptable terms.Acts 1990, ch. 780, § 20; 1991, ch. 457, § 21.
