Section 62-3-107 - Registration required for barbering, barber instruction or serving as technician

No person shall practice or attempt to practice barbering in this state, or serve or attempt to serve as a barber instructor or technician in this state, without a valid certificate of registration issued pursuant to this chapter by the state board of cosmetology and barber examiners.Acts 1929, ch. 118, § 1; mod.
