The board shall conduct examinations of applicants for certificates of registration no less than four (4) times each year, at times and places that the board may determine. The examination of an applicant for a certificate of registration as a master barber shall consist of a theory examination and a practical demonstration as determined by the board.Amended by 2016 Tenn.
