Section 62-35-112 - Licensee to notify commissioner of certain changes in status

A licensee shall notify the commissioner in writing within thirty (30) days of:(1) Any change in the qualifying agent or principal corporate officers identified in its application for license;(2) Any material change in the information previously furnished or required to be furnished to the commissioner; or(3) Any occurrence that could reasonably be expected to affect the licensee's right to a license under this chapter.Acts 1987, ch. 436, § 12.
