The commissioner may negotiate and enter into reciprocal agreements with appropriate officials in other states to permit licensed or registered contract security companies or security guards/officers who meet or exceed the qualifications established in this chapter to operate across state lines under mutually acceptable terms.Acts 1987, ch. 436, § 33.
