The department shall promulgate a code of professional conduct that shall be made known in writing to every licensee and applicant for licensure under this chapter. The department may revise and amend this code of ethics from time to time and shall immediately notify each licensee in writing of any revision or amendments. Acts 2007, ch. 495, § 18.
