The commissioner shall conduct at least one (1) inspection of a business prior to issuing a permit under this part for a business to offer and perform body piercing services. The commissioner may conduct additional inspections as necessary for the approval process relative to each business. The commissioner may inspect an approved business at any time the commissioner deems necessary. In an inspection, the commissioner shall be given access to the premises of the business and to all records deemed relevant by the commissioner for the inspection.Acts 2001, ch. 336, § 5.
