Section 62-39-307 - Current, valid license - Application for renewal - Refusal to renew

(a) To renew a current, valid real estate appraiser license, the holder of the license shall file an application on a form approved by the commission and pay the prescribed renewal fee to the commission no earlier than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date of the license then held. Each application for renewal shall be accompanied by evidence in the form prescribed by the commission of having completed the continuing education requirement for renewal specified in this chapter.(b) The commission may refuse to renew any license if the licensee has continued to perform real estate appraisal activities in this state following the expiration of the license.Amended by 2014 Tenn.
