Section 62-39-315 - Renewal certificate - Requirements

To obtain a renewal certificate as a state certified real estate appraiser, the holder of a current, valid certificate shall make application and pay the prescribed fee to the commission no earlier than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date of the certificate then held. With the application for renewal, the state certified real estate appraiser shall present evidence in the form prescribed by the commission of having completed the continuing education requirements for renewal specified in this chapter.Amended by 2014 Tenn.
