No animals, except service animals, fish for decorative purposes, and birds in cages shall be permitted in any shop. Bird cages in shops shall be cleaned daily. Departmental inspectors shall ensure that bird cages are cleaned sufficiently to prevent any hazard to human health or well-being.Added by 2015 Tenn. Acts, ch. 402, s 33, eff. 7/1/2015.
