Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, no entity of state government shall by rule prohibit or restrict a qualified industrial hygienist who complies with the provisions established by or pursuant to this chapter from engaging in the practice of industrial hygiene.Acts 1992, ch. 624, § 1.
