Section 62-5-301 - Publication of examination rules

The board of funeral directors and embalmers shall publish its rules and regulations covering subjects to be included in all examinations, the method of conducting the examinations and other matters pertaining to the examinations.Acts 1951, ch. 13, § 7 (Williams, § 7140.7); T.C.A.
