(a) The board may promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, that it deems necessary to effectuate this part.(b) The board may also prescribe forms required for the administration of this part.Acts 2004, ch. 826, § 6.
