Section 63-1-112 - License and registration fees

(a) No fee for the issuance of licenses to practice the healing arts or any branch thereof shall be collected except by the appropriate board licensing that profession.(b) All fees due the boards regulating the various branches of the healing arts shall be collected by the division.Acts 1947, ch. 9, § 14; C.
