(a) A licensee of any branch of the healing arts who seeks to be licensed in another state by reciprocity on the basis of the licensee's Tennessee license shall have the application for the license certified by the board of the particular branch of the healing arts in which the licensee is licensed.(b) The fee for this certificate shall be set by and paid to the board of the particular branch of the healing arts in which the applicant is licensed.Acts 1947, ch. 9, § 3; mod.
