Section 63-1-128 - Emergency action not requiring prior approval of attorney general and reporter

Notwithstanding any law, rule, or policy of a board or the department of health, emergency action by the department or the board under § 4-5-320(c) shall not require the prior approval of the attorney general and reporter.Added by 2017 Tenn. Acts, ch. 481,s 3, eff. 7/1/2017.
