Section 63-10-312 - Administrative fees

(a) The board may promulgate rules to establish licensure fees necessary to carry out parts 2-7 of this chapter.(b) All monies received by the board must be deposited and dispensed pursuant to § 63-1-137.Added by 2023 Tenn. Acts, ch. 457, s 1, eff. 7/1/2023.
