The board of examiners shall adopt a code of ethics to govern appropriate practices or behavior as referred to in §§ 63-11-207, 63-11-208 and 63-11-215 and shall file such code with the secretary of state within thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such code.Acts 1953, ch. 169, § 18 (Williams, § 7082.18); T.C.A.
