Any person currently enrolled in an internship program satisfying the requirements of § 63-11-208(d)(1) and who completes the internship and all other degree requirements by December 31, 1992, shall be designated as a health service provider without completing the one-year full-time supervised postdoctoral experience as provided in § 63-11-208(d)(1) if an application for such designation is submitted by July 1, 1993.Acts 1992, ch. 991, § 3.
