(a) All complaints regarding the unprofessional conduct of licensees shall be submitted to the committee in writing.(b) An administrative staff person shall be appointed to serve under the direction of the committee to assist with investigations conducted in accordance with this section.(c) Sanctions for unprofessional conduct shall be established by the committee.
