(a) The board, by an affirmative vote of three (3), at any time after suspension or revocation of a license for good and sufficient cause, may reissue a license to the person affected, conferring upon the person all the rights and privileges pertaining to the practice of veterinary medicine.(b) Any person to whom such license may be reissued shall pay the same fee as upon the issuance of the original license.Acts 1967, ch. 80, § 22; T.C.A., § 63-1222.
