Section 63-12-123 - Issuance of duplicate license

(a) The board may issue a duplicate license to replace one that has been lost or destroyed or where a name change is requested, for a fee as set by the board.(b) Each duplicate license shall have the word 'Duplicate' typed or printed across its face.Acts 1967, ch. 80, § 23; T.C.A., § 63-1223; Acts 1983, ch. 57, § 13; 1989, ch. 523, § 78.
