(a) The state and county prosecuting attorneys shall prosecute all persons charged with the violation of any of this chapter or rules of the board.(b) The secretary-treasurer of the board, or other person employed or designated by the board, shall assist the prosecuting attorneys by furnishing them evidence of such violations whenever the board comes into possession of same.Acts 1967, ch. 80, § 30; T.C.A., § 63-1230.
