All administrative proceedings for disciplinary action against a licensee under this part shall be conducted by the board of occupational therapy in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1984, ch. 921, § 3; T.C.A., §§ 63-13-308, 63-13-208; Acts 1999, ch. 415, § 2; 2007 , ch. 115, § 7.
