Section 63-13-314 - Administrative procedure for disciplinary actions - Jurisdiction of board

(a) All proceedings for disciplinary action against a licensee shall be conducted in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.(b) The board retains jurisdiction to modify or refuse to modify, upon request of any party, any of its orders issued pursuant to this section.Acts 1999, ch. 528, § 26; 2007 , ch. 115, § 10.
