Section 63-16-109 - Reciprocity

The board may approve and authorize issuance of a nursing home administrator license without examination to any person who holds a current license as a nursing home administrator from another jurisdiction, upon payment of a nonrefundable application fee as set annually by the board and upon proper registration and payment of the annual fee provided in this chapter, if the board finds that the applicant's personal qualifications and education are at least substantially equivalent to the licensure standards in this state.Acts 1970, ch. 565, § 9; 1981, ch. 464, § 4; T.C.A., § 63-1609; Acts 1986, ch. 719, §1; 1987, ch. 247, § 7; 1989, ch. 523, § 87.
