The board may cause to be instituted a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief to prevent any violation of any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation adopted and promulgated by the board pursuant to this chapter.Acts 1970, ch. 565, § 12; T.C.A., § 63-1612.
