The board members shall receive no compensation for their services, but may receive fifty dollars ($50.00) per diem when actually engaged in the discharge of their official duties and, in addition, shall be reimbursed for all travel and other necessary expenses. All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.Acts 1973, ch. 93, § 6; 1976, ch. 806, § 1(122); 1981, ch. 167, § 1; T.C.A., § 63-1706.
