Section 63-17-207 - Preliminary application requirements - Fees

(a) An applicant for a license shall:(1) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and(2) Have an education equivalent to two (2) years of accredited college level coursework or national board for certification in hearing instrument sciences (NBC-HIS) board certification.(b) Such applicant shall pay a nonrefundable application fee as set by the council no later than forty-five (45) days in advance of the next scheduled examination.Amended by 2019 Tenn.
