Section 63-17-213 - Registry of license holders - Review of qualifications

The council shall issue, under the board's name, all licenses approved by the council, and the board and shall maintain a registry of all license holders. It is the duty of the council to review and approve the qualifications of applicants for certification or renewal as hearing instrument specialists.Acts 1995, ch. 481, § 15.
