Section 63-17-215 - Expenses of board and council paid by fees

The fees relating to the practice of dispensing hearing instruments shall be set by the board in an amount sufficient to pay all of the expenses of the council, as well as all of the expenses of the board that are directly attributable to the performance of its duties pursuant to this part. Expenditures of the council for investigations and disciplinary actions shall be the financial responsibility of the licensees who are regulated by such council.Acts 1995, ch. 481, § 17.
