The board shall conduct all administrative proceedings for disciplinary action against a license holder under this part in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Amended by 2021 Tenn. Acts, ch. 565, s 6, eff. 5/26/2021.
