Any licensed orthopedic physician assistant rendering services inconsistent with this part shall be considered to be practicing medicine without a license and shall be subject to appropriate legal action by the board of medical examiners.Acts 1995, ch. 337, § 8; 1997 , ch. 207, § 5.
