(a) The board of medical examiners is authorized to promulgate regulations regarding the retention of physician medical records as defined in § 63-2-101(c).(b) Notwithstanding any law or rule to the contrary, such retention of mammography records shall not exceed ten (10) years.Added by 2013 Tenn.
