Section 63-20-107 - Licensed physician supervision of graduate physicians

The licensed physician collaborating with a graduate physician is responsible for supervising the activities of the graduate physician and must accept full responsibility for the primary care services provided by the graduate physician.Added by 2023 Tenn. Acts, ch. 470, s 1, eff. 1/1/2025.
