Section 63-22-103 - Reciprocity - Licensure without examination - Licensure by endorsement

(a) The board shall license without examination a marital and family therapist applicant who is licensed to practice independently in another state if the applicant's qualifications meet the licensure requirements under this part.(b) The board may enter into a reciprocal agreement with any other state that licenses marital and family therapists.Amended by 2024 Tenn.
