Section 63-22-404 - Effective date of compact; notice to revisor of statutes

This part takes effect on the date the compact is enacted into law in the tenth compact state. The board for professional counselors, marital and family therapists, and clinical pastoral therapists shall notify the executive secretary of the Tennessee code commission, the chair of the government operations committee of the senate, and the chair of the government operations committee of the house of representatives in writing when the condition specified in this section has occurred.Added by 2022 Tenn.
