(a) The commissioner shall issue a license to an applicant meeting the requirements of this chapter for the license designation as an electrologist, or an electrology instructor, or an approved school teaching electrology.(b) All licenses issued by the commissioner must be conspicuously displayed at the site of use.(c) All licensees shall keep the commissioner informed of any changes of address.Acts 1988, ch. 896, § 20; 1993, ch. 342, § 1; T.C.A., §62-34-218; Acts 2009 , ch. 456, § 26.
