Section 63-28-113 - Committee chair and vice chair - Meetings - Quorum

Not later than thirty (30) days after the governor appoints the initial members of the committee and annually thereafter, the committee shall meet and elect one (1) of its members as chair and one (1) of its members as vice chair. The committee shall meet annually or at any other time if called by the chair or a majority of the committee.
